At Rashedul Hridoy, I strive to deliver high-quality services in Web Design & Development, SEO, and Cyber Security. Your satisfaction is important to me. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation before the project has started to receive a full refund.
  • If the project has already started, the advance payment (50%) is non-refundable due to time and planning already invested.
  • If you cancel after significant progress has been made, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining unused portion of the service.

2. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If I fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline (without a valid reason or extension agreement), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Client Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the final result, I will make reasonable revisions based on the initial scope of work.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind or failure to communicate your requirements clearly during the project.

4. No Refunds For:

  • Completed services already delivered and approved.
  • Digital assets (e.g., website files, reports, etc.) already handed over.
  • Delays caused by client inactivity or failure to provide required materials.
