We offer professional Web Design & Development, SEO, and Cyber Security services. Each project’s scope, cost, and timeline will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final delivery or website launch.
  • All invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
  • Delayed payments may result in a suspension of service or additional late fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services may be canceled prior to project commencement for a full or partial refund.
  • Once work has started, refunds are subject to our [Refund Policy].
  • We aim for client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service-related issues.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete project content.
  • Communicate in a timely manner.
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unethical activity.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All work remains the property of Rashedul Hridoy until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss, site downtime, or performance issues unless caused directly by our actions.
  • Any misuse or mismanagement of your website after handover.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. However, we offer services globally, and we strive to comply with applicable international standards when working with clients outside Bangladesh.
